Service scope

easyCAD generates one CAD model from a written request. You may attach a reference image. You can view the model in 3D, play a motion demonstration, and download STEP or STL files. This phase does not include manual editing, AI modification, or import-and-edit.

Generated geometry is not a strength, manufacturing, safety, or professional certification. Requests outside the supported scope may be declined or fail. AI availability is not guaranteed.

Your content

You retain your rights in prompts, projects and uploaded models. Submit only content you have permission to use. You allow us to store and process it as needed to operate the service. AI requests send relevant context to the selected provider; provider practices are described in the Privacy Notice.

Accounts and recovery

Keep account credentials and session access secure. Project deletion enters a 30-day recoverable trash period and is blocked while queued or running jobs exist. After expiry, eligible references may be purged after a daily backup and garbage-collection process; backup copies may remain.

Account deletion requests pause access and receive manual review. Billing and audit records may be retained separately where required.

Credits and access

One-time credit packs can be purchased from Account → Billing. The packs are US$8 for 800 design credits, US$20 for 2,000, and US$50 for 5,000. 1 credit equals US$0.01. There is no subscription and no free trial. New accounts start at 0 credits. Each generation is charged from the actual AI token usage at the fixed peak price, multiplied by 3 and converted to credits. A typical generation is about 100 to 300 credits. Server CAD time is not charged. The rate does not depend on the time of day. There is no per-generation credit cap. Clarification questions, viewing, downloads, and failed generations cost 0. If you cancel a generation, you are charged only for usage that already occurred. A balance below 300 credits cannot start a generation. One generation freezes at most 700 credits, and unused frozen credits are returned when it ends. Purchased credits are issued only after a successful charge and do not expire. Existing preview accounts keep their original allowance.

Purchased credits do not expire. These credits are service allowances, not withdrawable money. There are no automatic overages.

There is no subscription to renew or cancel. System failures do not charge customer credit. Existing preview accounts continue under their current usage rules until a separately announced transition. Preview AI requests may pause when the shared platform AI budget is reached; existing models remain available to view and download.

Payments and support

Checkout is handled by Creem as merchant of record. Its buyer terms also apply to the payment. Contact easyCAD Support about the service or a refund request. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights under applicable law.
