Verify your email and open the workspace. Describe the model in one sentence, for example “Create 100 x 80 x 10 mm box”, and submit. You can attach a reference image. A balance below 300 credits cannot start a generation.

View the model
When generation finishes, inspect the model in the 3D view and play a motion demonstration when the model has one. This phase does not include manual editing, an AI change, or import-and-edit.
Download the file
Review the finished model, then download STEP or STL. A failed generation is not charged. A clarification question is not charged.
What is supported
A request generates one CAD model. You can view it in 3D, play a motion demonstration, and download STEP or STL. You may attach a reference image with the request.
Manual editing, AI modification, and import-and-edit are not part of this phase. Requests outside the supported scope may be declined. Geometry output does not certify strength, manufacturing, or safety.

Projects and recovery
Projects remain available in your account with their revision history. Deleted projects enter a 30-day trash window. Projects with queued or running jobs cannot be moved to trash. Trashed projects and their stored revisions still count toward your limits during the recovery window. Eligible references are removed after expiry; orphan files are cleaned up separately.
Account deletion requests go through manual review. Project history and financial records are retained according to the account process.
Credits and billing
Credit packs are one-time purchases from Account → Billing: US$8 for 800 credits, US$20 for 2,000 credits, and US$50 for 5,000 credits. 1 credit = US$0.01. Credits do not expire. There is no subscription and no free trial, and a new account starts at 0 credits. Each generation is charged from actual AI token usage at the fixed peak price, multiplied by 3 and converted to credits, usually about 100–300 credits. Server CAD time is not charged. Clarification questions, viewing, downloads, and failed generations cost 0. If you cancel a generation, you are charged only for usage that already occurred. A balance below 300 credits cannot start a generation. One generation freezes at most 700 credits, and the unused amount is returned when it ends. Existing preview accounts keep their current allowance. See the public pricing page for the same rules.
System failures do not charge user credit. The service has a finite AI budget and does not promise unlimited AI availability.
Common questions
Can I ask for any CAD model?
Requests must fit the supported, validated modeling scope. The service explains a bounded limitation when a request is outside that scope.
Can I edit a model or import one to edit?
No. This phase generates one model from your request. It does not offer manual editing, an AI change, or import-and-edit.
What happens when a job fails?
A failed generation is not charged. Review the error, adjust the request, and submit it again.
How do I get help?
Open Support to send a plain-text request, or email support@easycad.me. Include a job ID when useful, and never include passwords, API keys, or other secrets.
