Refund Policy

Eligibility

A one-time credit purchase can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if none of that purchase's credits have been used. If any of those credits were used, that purchase is not refundable. A qualifying request freezes that purchase's credits while it is reviewed. Duplicate charges and provider-fault cases can be sent to support@easycad.me for review.

How to request

Submit a refund request from Account, or email support@easycad.me with your transaction ID and reason. Do not send card numbers. A request does not itself reverse funds. Refunds for Creem payments are processed through Creem after review; payment-provider processing times apply. Purchases are one-time. Purchased credits do not expire.

Limits and rights

This 7-day unused-credit policy does not replace or restrict mandatory consumer rights or applicable withdrawal rights under Creem Buyer Terms. Those rights may allow a 14-day withdrawal period where applicable. A test checkout is not a real charge and cannot produce a cash refund.
